We get our christmas turkeys from gartmorn farm and possibly we could get chickens from them, I will find out.

Totally agree and the other thing that would be really useful is bones for soup stock - i.e. lambshanks, ham houghs or even the good old boing beef and lamb flank. any chance from the butcher?

yes we can get these things no problem. We are in the process of adding alot more items for selection through the website, watch this space.
